Susan O'Malley

Former President of the Washington Capitals and the Washington Wizards, First Female President of a Professional Sports Franchise

As the first female president of a professional sports franchise, Susan O’Malley, the former president of Washington Sports and Entertainment, is a pioneer in sports and business. Under her guidance, her company improved its bottom line, as well as its winning percentage, and the Washington Wizards experienced the largest ticket revenue increase and the highest renewal rate in the history of an NBA franchise to date. O’Malley’s illustrious career also included the creation of the MCI Center, which helped revitalize downtown DC. She addresses management, leadership, and marketing.

Dheeraj Pandey

Nutanix, Founder, CEO & Chairman

Dheeraj is the Founder, CEO & Chairman of Nutanix. He brings a wealth of experience of working at high growth enterprise software companies. Prior to founding Nutanix, Dheeraj was the VP of Engineering at Aster Data (now Teradata), where he helped build the product and its engineering team from the ground up. At Oracle, he managed the storage engine group for Oracle Database/Exadata, and co-authored numerous patents in the area of distributed databases. Dheeraj’s entrepreneurial spirit has been recognized with a number of prestigious awards including Dell’s Founders 50 and the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, Silicon Valley. Dheeraj is a Ph.D. dropout from University of Texas (Austin), where he was a Graduate Fellow of CS. He holds a BS in CS from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Kanpur), where he was adjudged the “Best All-Rounder Student Among All Graduating Students in All Disciplines” and bestowed with the Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Inder Sidhu

Nutanix, EVP, Global Customer Success & Business Operations

Inder is the Executive Vice President of Global Customer Success and Business Operations of Nutanix. He brings to the company 30 years of experience in the technology industry and a deep background of customer experience management, as well as strategic and operational expertise. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Planning for Worldwide Sales at Cisco, where he architected Cisco’s global go-to-market engine, which helped the company grow from $1 billion in annual revenue to $50 billion. He also co-led Cisco’s $16 billion Enterprise business, its $7 billion Emerging Countries business, and its 1,200-person digitally-driven Worldwide Professional Services business. Prior to Cisco, Inder was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, an engineer with Intel and an entrepreneur at Excelan, a successful Silicon Valley start-up. He is a frequently requested speaker, and has taught at Harvard, Stanford, The Wharton School at UPenn and UC Berkeley.

Sarah Robb O’Hagan

CEO, Flywheel Sports

Sarah Robb O’Hagan has been described as “Superwoman undercover” and the “Pied Piper of Potential.” A high-energy combination of disruptive business leader, fitness fanatic, and cheerleading mom, she's been named among Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business.” She led the reinvention of Gatorade as its global president, and now as CEO of the indoor cycling company Flywheel Sports she is transforming the business through digital services. She has held leadership positions at Equinox, Nike and Virgin and is the author of ExtremeYou, a book to unleash potential. Sarah is a sought-after expert on business innovation, and inspiring human performance.

Art Langer

Columbia University, Professor

Dr. Langer holds multiple positions at Columbia University. At the School of Professional Studies, he is the Vice Chair Faculty, Executive Director of the Division of Innovation & Design, and responsible for strategy, curriculum, and recruitment for three major M.S. programs: Technology Management, Applied Analytics, and Information and Knowledge Strategy. With the Faculty of Arts & Sciences, he is the Director of the Center for Technology Management. At Teachers College, he is an Adjunct Professor of Higher Education and Lecturer in Adult Learning & Leadership.

As a researcher and author, Dr. Langer has written a number of papers and book on information systems design and management and on organizational learning. His current research focuses on the mentoring of adult learners and reinventing education and the US workforce.

Dr. Langer holds a B.S. in Computer Science, and M.B.A in Accounting/Finance, and an Ed. D. from Columbia University.

Kiersten E. Todt

Kiersten Todt is currently the President and Managing Partner of Liberty Group Ventures, LLC (LGV). She develops risk and crisis management solutions for cybersecurity, infrastructure, homeland security, emergency management, and higher education clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Ms. Todt advises senior executives and Boards on cyber risk management, including the development and execution of tabletop exercises and relevant senior-level education and training programs. She also provides strategic advice and counsel to senior leaders in industry and government.

Shaown Nandi

Shaown Nandi is Chief Information Officer for Dow Jones and Head of Shared Services for News Corp North America. He is responsible for Cloud, DevOps, End-User Support, Networks, Infrastructure, and SaaS applications. Shaown has a deep focus on Cloud Services and has led the relationships with Amazon and Google and driven Dow Jones adoption of public cloud.

Prior to News Corp, Shaown was a global technology executive at IBM. He managed product development teams in the cloud space, led the NA technical sales teams for Cloud Service, and worked in transformation within the CIO's office.

Samrit Sangal

Senior Platform Engineer, BlockApps

Samrit Sangal is currently a platform engineer at BlockApps working on their core STRATO product. STRATO is an enterprise blockchain offering that makes it easy for organizations and developers to build, manage and deploy their decentralized applications.

Prior to BlockApps, Samrit was co-founder and chief systems architect at Baseology, an Atlanta based technology company that created GRC management tools for publicly traded companies.

He is a graduate of Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Dan Feliz

General Manager IT Infrastructure, JetBlue Airways

Dan has overall responsibility for datacenter infrastructure services used to run the airline. Dan has been with JetBlue for 12 years in a number of IT roles where he has lead the adoption of new technologies to improve the user experience at JetBlue. Dan is currently leading a large scale datacenter transformation where Jetblue is consolidating its datacenter footprint with more focus on enterprise cloud to provide efficiency and streamlined support.
